EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT IN THE AGE OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Abstract
Abstract: Employee Experience Management (EEM) has become a strategic choice of the organizations aiming to increase employee satisfaction, engagement, productivity, and retention in the age of digital transformation. The growing use of online technologies like artificial intelligence, cloud computing, distance collaboration systems, and data analytics has transformed the workplace setting. This paper focuses on how employee experience management and organizational performance are related in digitally transformed workplaces. The paper discusses the essential aspects of employee experience, such as workplace culture, technological support, employee engagement, learning opportunities, and well-being. A secondary-data descriptive research approach is chosen. The results show that a well-managed employee experience has a positive impact on employee commitment, innovation, productivity, and organizational competitiveness. The research concludes that the most effective way of ensuring organizations have a sustainable and productive workforce is to integrate digital technologies and management practices that are human-centered in a strategic manner.
