Abstract

Abstract: Human resource management can involve employee training that can enhance knowledge, skills, and competencies of the employees. The expectation of organizations investing in training programs is to improve the. efficiency of the workforce, productivity, and remain competitive in the ever-changing business landscapes. In this research paper we will see how employee training is related to organizational productivity and to see how employee training programs affect the performance of employees, the performance of the organizations and the efficiency of the organizations. The research relies on the secondary data in academic literature and organizational reports; therefore, the research design is descriptive.

The results show that effective training programs can lead to notable enhancement of productivity, job satisfaction, innovations, and organizational performance. The study comes to the conclusion that the only way to have a sustainable organizational growth is through continuous development of the employees.
