Abstract

Abstract - Digital technologies have brought a significant transformation in education by changing traditional teaching and learning methods into flexible, interactive, and learner-centered approaches. The integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, virtual learning environments, mobile applications, learning management systems, and data analytics has expanded access to education and improved learning outcomes. Digital transformation enables personalized learning, enhances teacher effectiveness, supports collaboration, and promotes lifelong learning. However, challenges such as digital inequality, cybersecurity concerns, lack of technological skills, and infrastructure limitations continue to affect the successful adoption of digital education. This paper examines the concept of digital transformation in education, major technologies involved, benefits, challenges, and future directions for creating efficient and inclusive learning systems.
